A Space Defined by Its Challenges. An elongated layout, limited natural light, and monolithic walls with short intervals segmenting the workspace—these were the key challenges shaping the design.
The overall length of the space was thoughtfully divided into distinct zones: a spacious executive office, a meeting room, and a functional workspace for administrative staff.
Niches were fitted with workstation systems — each designed for two team members working within shared areas of responsibility.
Employees spend more time in the office than at home, so the space is designed not only for productive work and meetings but also for comfort, communication, and relaxation.
The central sofas and lounge area are thoughtfully designed with the team’s needs in mind, ensuring a space that fosters both efficiency and well-being.
The office includes a dedicated space for short breaks and informal conversations. A built-in kitchen, concealed behind pocket doors, maintains the clean, uninterrupted aesthetic of the interior while offering a convenient spot for a quick snack, a coffee break, or a moment to reset.
The furniture is designed for comfort, yet intentionally encourages brief, refreshing pauses—keeping the work rhythm uninterrupted. The space remains minimalist and functional, allowing for a pause without disconnecting from the workflow.
The meeting room features a translucent ceiling, ensuring bright, even illumination that remains soft enough to compensate for the absence of natural light.
The conference table embodies the brand’s core principles. Divided into two distinct zones by color and form, it positions the leader at the head, yet eliminates height differences and rigid separation. Its rounded edges symbolize flexibility and a commitment to horizontal leadership, fostering open dialogue and collaboration.
In the executive office, ceiling-mounted lights mimic skylights, precisely replicating natural sunlight and the color of the sky, creating a sense of openness and connection to the outside world.
The meeting room and office are visually perceived as a unified space, reflecting the company’s philosophy of transparency, collaboration, and openness to new experiences.
The office bathroom is designed to deliver a wow effect—an intentional choice, as it serves not only the team but also visiting guests.
Instead of a conventional mirror above the sink, a translucent panel takes center stage. The stall doors are crafted from frosted glass, enhanced by RGB lighting that creates an atmospheric glow, diffusing colorful illumination throughout the space.
In addition to the open workspace, the office features private offices designed for meetings and focused work. While offering seclusion and concentration, these spaces remain visually cohesive with the overall design, ensuring a seamless connection to the rest of the interior.
